Manuel De Marco (b. 1987, Udine) lives and works in Milan. His practice starts from the body and its relationship to the space around it: in video he films his own movement, and in painting he records it through his footprints, fixing a gesture in place. He trained in industrial design at ISIA Florence and took a master's in design at IUAV Venice (2014). Solo shows include Sospensioni at Transit Lab, Milan (2025), Forze Interiori at Spazio HUS, Milan (2019) and In Search of a Proper Space at Halka, Istanbul (2015). His video performance Border was shown at the Galleria Regionale d'Arte Contemporanea Luigi Spazzapan, Gradisca d'Isonzo, for AMACI's Giornata del Contemporaneo in October 2025, and he was selected for Rome Art Week's first video art contest in 2020. He has held residencies at VIR Viafarini-in-residence, Milan (2024) and Paratissima Factory, Turin (2023).
