Frida Comella is an artist based in Barcelona, where she is studying Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona. She works mainly in painting and printmaking, in oil, etching and other pictorial techniques, drawing atmospheric compositions from her own imagery to hold on to fading scenes and the space between the familiar and the unsettling. Enyor (2024), a self-portrait named for the Catalan word for longing for something that no longer exists as it was, was shown in the Art Club Collective's second exhibition.
